Most suppliers hand you equipment and point at somebody else’s drawing. We hold the professional engineering license, we prepare the drawings, and we put our seal on them.
That is what makes an IPS package possible. The firm that seals the drawing is the firm that configures the panel to it. The permit set, the device schedule, the submittals, and the programming come from one desk, so they cannot drift apart.

A sealed drawing is a public record. A missed device can become somebody’s worst day. So every kit leaves with a record that says exactly what was built, and who checked it.

What is an IPS package?
Intelligent Parts & Smarts: the panels are configured and addressed to the sealed drawing, then powered up and verified in our shop before shipping. When the kit reaches the site, the configuration already matches the permit set.
Do you install?
No. We engineer it, build it off-site, and program it. Installation stays with your crew, and we never bid it. That boundary is not negotiable—it is what lets us work with contractors instead of against them.
Do you do the engineering, or just supply?
Both, and that is the point. We are a licensed fire alarm engineering firm: our engineering principal, a professional engineer, prepares and seals the drawings as engineer of record. Then we supply the equipment those drawings specify and program it to match. One desk, one seal, one package.
Where are you licensed?
Florida, New York, and Virginia. Texas is by comity, not by license. We are based in Miami; the approach is not specific to a building type.
What are you responsible for?
The professional services and products in the contract. We do not claim total code liability, exclusivity, or the absence of schedule, warranty, or delivery risk. We will tell you plainly where a risk sits.
How do you handle inspection?
Questions get resolved in writing, with respect, and we stay available through inspection. The delivery record travels with the kit so the revision, addressing, test result, and verifier are all documented.
